Donation FAQ

Our Department invites alumni and friends to volunteer their time or to make a gift to support many of our talented students and the innovative research undertaken at UBC.

Blue and Gold Campaign for Students

UBC students are each uniquely talented, but not all have the same opportunities. They are the next generation of leaders ready to create lasting and meaningful change and tackle the challenges that affect us all. Supporting these promising students today—so they are equipped to build a better tomorrow—is more urgent than ever.

To support their success, UBC launched the Blue & Gold Campaign for Students, with the goal of raising $100 million in student support over three years. And to get things started, UBC is providing matching funds of up to $5 million for new gifts to select Blue & Gold campaign priorities!

Every year, there are more than 2,000 outstanding students at UBC who might not be here without the help of donors. You can help make a UBC education possible for deserving students by supporting the Blue & Gold Bursary and the Centennial Scholars Awards. Find out more about helping talented students right here.
