In recognition for distinguished contribution to the study of Irish politics, the Political Studies Association of Ireland has appointed Professor Emeritus Ken Carty to its biennial Fellowship for 2019-21.
This is the first time the Fellowship has gone to a scholar from outside the British Isles.
