Dr. Deborah Barros Leal Farias
Congratulations to Dr. Deborah Barros Leal Farias, who was awarded a Dean’s Learning and Teaching Award for Teaching Excellence from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Dr. Farias received the “Rising Star Award.”
Dr. Farias completed her PhD in Political Science at the University of British Columbia and completed her thesis titled, “Giving Knowledge with No Strings Attached: Brazil’s Use of Technical Cooperation as a Foreign Policy,” in 2015.
