UBC Political Science Professor and UBC School of Public Policy and Global Affairs Faculty Associate Yves Tiberghien worked with a team of Canadian experts on two recently published papers by Global Canada.“Reframing Canada’s Global Engagement: 10 Strategic Choices for Decision-Makers” and “Reframing Canada’s Global Engagement: Key Trends and Sources of Influence” highlight issues confronting Canada in the 21st century including global power shifts, the retreat of democracy, climate change, and the digital arms race.
